Alex Tang

Alex Tang is a seasoned football executive and entrepreneur with a rich background spanning both elite player development and club management. He is the Founder and Owner of multiple football clubs, where he combines his passion for the sport with a deep understanding of organizational strategy and athlete psychology.

Currently serving as a Director in RFEF 2 (Spain’s competitive football division under the Royal Spanish Football Federation), Alex plays a key role in driving club success, player scouting, and operational leadership. His international experience is highlighted by his previous role as Director at LaLiga Academy, where he was instrumental in shaping youth development programs and fostering global football talent under the LaLiga brand.

Earlier in his career, Alex also served as a psychologist for a Premier League club, providing mental performance coaching and psychological support to top-tier athletes. This unique expertise gives him a holistic view of the game, balancing performance, mindset, and management.
